Thank you for selecting Bis Cucina for your next function.

 Please read and accept the following terms and conditions before forwarding your deposit.

 

CONFIRMATION DETAILS:

A deposit of $200.00 and a signed event agreement is required to secure a booking. The balance of food  is payable one week prior to the event with confirmed numbers and menu's. Tentative bookings may only be held for fourteen days without further confirmation. The balance of the invoice (including alcohol) must be paid at the conclusion of the function.

 The deposit is non refundable, but is transferable with the consent of Bis Cucina.

 A $1,500.00 deposit is required for any wedding or engagement parties. This must be paid one month prior to event bookings.

 (Please indicate if you would like to organize a payment plan before booking.)

 

 FINAL GUEST NUMBERS:

 Please confirm final guest numbers at least 4 working days prior to the function date. The food component of the invoice will be charged at the confirmed amount. Bis Cucina will attempt to accommodate any increases in numbers after this time.

 

 PAYMENT:

 Full payment is required at the conclusion of the function. A $500.00 bond may be required for parties, but will be decided by Bis Cucina management staff upon submission of the booking application.

 

VENUE HIRE:

 Venue hire is applicable to the use of The Esso BHP Billiton Wellington Entertainment Centre (excluding the restaurant area) and will be an additional charge on the invoice.

 

FUNCTION RUNNING SCHEDULE AND DURATION:

 Every effort will be made to adhere to the function running schedule and times stated on the event agreement; however they are a guide and are subject to variations at any time.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE PACKAGES:

 Packages, including content, prices and vintages, are subject to change after 30 days of receiving.

 No food or beverage of any kind (including alcohol) may be sold, distributed or bought onto The Wellington Entertainment Centre premises by applicants or any other function guests or affiliates.

 

ENTERTAINMENT AND DECORATION:

 All entertainment and decoration is an additional cost and must be approved prior to the event and must meet the requirements of The Wellington Entertainment Centre.

 

GIFTS AND PERSONAL PROPERTY:

 All care and no liability or responsibility is taken for the theft, loss or damage to any property, decoration, equipment, merchandise, gifts and personal items bought into The Wellington Entertainment Centre by individuals or any attendees at the function. Bis Cucina recommends that all such items are collected at the conclusion of the function. All decorations and structures bought into Bis Cucina by individuals or any of their affiliated guests, contractors, agents or other persons is at their own sole risk.

 

CONDUCT:

 Applicants assume full responsibility for the conduct of all persons attending the function or event and for the provision of goods and services in the respect of the function or event. Applicants must comply, and ensure that all applicable employees, officers, agents, contractors and all other applicable persons attending the function or event also comply, with these safe terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. Applicants must access and use Bis Cucina as well as The Wellington Entertainment Centres property in a safe and proper manner as well as to ensure that all applicable employees, officers, agents, contractors as well as all other persons attending the function or event do the same. Bis Cucina may enter the function or event at any time without notice and may suspend, terminate and-or take control of the function or event in any way if in the reasonable opinions of Bis Cucina, This is necessary to protect the function or event venue or Bis Cucina Restaurant and The Wellington Entertainment Centre property from damage or to protect any persons from injury, harm or risk. NO smoke machines, bubble machines or confetti are allowed into any of the applicable buildings at any time.

 

DAMAGE:

 Applicants will be liable for the costs of all damage, loss, theft or destruction to Bis Cucina or The wellington Entertainment Centre property, Venue Area as well as any fixtures, fittings, artworks, artifacts, equipment as well as any other property which is caused by applicants,assosiated employees, officers, agents, contractors as well as all other persons attending the function or event. Applicants must indemnify Bis Cucina or The Wellington Entertainment Centre for any loss, damage, cost or liability which it suffers or incurs in connection with that damage, loss, theft or destuction. Any repairs or reinstatement will be arranged by Bis Cucina or, Applicants with Bis Cucina's consent.
