Commencing trade when the Entertainment centre was constructed in 2003, Bis Cucina is now being guided by returning Sale locals Steve and Nicole Martin. Together with chef Jeremy Kasper and an experienced team they provide a popular and contemporary eatery.

Steve and Nicole return to Sale after a 15 year absence bringing style and sophistication to Bis from their years of operating upmarket hotels in Melbourne.

Canadian born chef Jeremy was recruited by Bis to develop the culinary style that Bis patrons have become accustomed to. He previously operated the highly regarded Marlay's restaurant in Sale as well as controlling many venues overseas.
